Compared to the previous generation using Arm ® Cortex ®- Compared to M4/M33 products, the GD32A7 series is equipped with ultra-high performance Arm technology ® Cortex ®- M7 core, providing multiple models such as GD32A71x/GD32A772x/GD32A74x for users to choose from. This series of products integrates excellent performance, enhanced safety upgrades, and rich peripheral interfaces, fully compatible with various electrified vehicle scenarios such as vehicle body control (BDC), vehicle body control (BCM), remote communication terminal (T-BOX), lighting control (Lighting), battery management (BMS), on-board charger (OBC), chassis application (Chassis), DC DC converter (DC-DC), etc., further expanding the product layout of Zhaoyi Innovation in the field of automotive electronics.
The GD32A71x/GD32A772x/GD32A74x series automotive grade MCU adopts ultra-high performance ARM ® Cortex ®- The M7 core supports three options: single core, dual core, and single core lock step, with a clock frequency of 160MHz and a computing power of up to 763 DMIPS. It is equipped with up to 4MB on-chip Flash and 512KB SRAM, and supports dual Flash BANK to meet seamless OTA upgrade requirements. The chip is powered by a wide voltage range of 2.97-5.5V and can operate stably within a temperature range of -40 ℃ to+125 ℃. It meets the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard and has a working life of over 15 years, laying a solid hardware foundation for the safe and stable operation of the system.
To meet the diverse needs of vehicle body, interconnection, and chassis applications, this series of products integrates rich peripheral interfaces, including 6 SENT interfaces; 8-way CAN FD, 12 way LIN multi-channel high-speed vehicle bus interface; And support 1x10/100Mbps Ethernet interface for AVB and TSN; In addition, it also provides interfaces such as 8-way SPI, 1-way Quad SPI, and 2-channel I2C.
In terms of safety and reliability, the GD32A71x/GD32A72x series complies with the functional safety ISO 26262 ASIL B standard, and the GD32A74x series complies with the highest level of functional safety ISO 26262 ASIL D. All products meet the international Evita full standard information security requirements and support national encryption algorithms SM2/SM3/SM4, ensuring data security and reliability.
The GD32A71x/GD32A772x/GD32A74x product combination offers a total of 24 model choices in 5 different packaging options. It has passed the preliminary user verification and is now officially open for sample and development board applications.
